Account Deletion

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in and open Settings → Privacy and account.
  2. Choose Delete my account, read the summary, type DELETE and re-enter your password.
  3. Your request is recorded with a scheduled date. Until then you can cancel it in the same place.

What is removed

Your profile details, date of birth, preference answers, likes and matches, messages you sent, chat images, verification photos and sign-in sessions.

What is kept

Records we must or may keep, such as purchase, coin and gift transaction history and safety reports, without your profile details. [Adjust to your legal obligations.]
